ISPT PROPERTY OFFICE

 

The brief for the ISPT Property Office in Brisbane was to design two high end speculative suites, delivered as a turn-key solution to any potential tenant. To design a versatile, adaptable interior, general arrangement plans were created in order to suit medium-sized businesses, while remaining flexible to allow for smaller or larger teams. Materiality and overall designs were thought out and considerate of the wide range of potential brands that could become occupants. A sleek, monochromatic palette was used across both suites, providing a blank canvas for businesses to add their brand identity.
