Inspired by the classic period of Ottoman architecture the restaurant design translates the traditional dome structure into contort domes ceiling structures and organic lines within the space. Thus allowing the internal structure to be more representative of a modern day design.

Weightless material has been applied to walls and ceilings, allowing the restaurant to breathe and showcase the focal points; the giant wood fire oven, buzzing bar and most importantly, the plated food. The interior architecture achieves a perfect harmony between the inner and outer space of the restaurant, as well as articulating light and shadow.
